Thanks to the outpouring of generosity from ministry friends like you, Fall Fundraiser 2009 was launched with a wonderful start.

There is still an opportunity to help reach the goal of $900,000 to complete the 2009–2010 operations budget.

I want to share a message from a young wife named Laura. She wrote in to thank Life 97.9 / Faith 1200 / Legacy 92.7 KFNL for helping her during a difficult time . . . but actually, this message of gratitude was meant for you:

We’re in the middle of the adoption process right now. . . . Three months ago to this day, our daughter was born . . . when her birth mother changed her mind. More than anything we want a child. We want a family.

I trust God doesn’t give us more than we can handle, but I feel like we are being tested right now. . . . Listening to your music and messages has made things easier.

You were there for Laura—through your prayers and financial gifts.
